Matt Lie-Paehlke
Engagement Manager
Matt holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Community Development. In another world, he would have happily spent his life reading and writing, but the urgency of the climate crisis drove him out of a PhD in urban planning and into grassroots activism. In 2018, he founded Climate Pledge Collective with his partner Myrtle Millares. He believes that everyone can and should make climate activism a part of their daily life – even if that just means starting conversations with your friends and neighbours.
