Julie has always advocated for environmental justice and environmental preservation. She focuses on shifting investment capital for equitable climate action. Having previously managed a portfolio of impact investments, Julie believes that investments should advance positive social and environmental outcomes. Julie completed a Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University. She volunteers with various community and youth-led environmental groups and advises on strategies for impact investing. Julie has won national and global awards for her work integrating environmental justice into sustainable finance. As a child, she was known to run across the room to shut off a neglected running faucet. Julie loves learning new things.
