Yesim entered the non-profit sector at Lunik Cooperative Cafe during her time at York University’s Glendon College, earning a degree in Communication Studies. She later completed a Human Resources Management certificate from George Brown College. Her approach to people operations is a blend of professionalism and people-first thinking. Yesim seamlessly integrates Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) principles into our workplace, ensuring a diverse and harmonious environment. Beyond work, Yesim enjoys exploring Toronto’s food scene, travelling, and unwinding in Cedarvale Ravine.
