Scott Cooper
Communications Manager
Scott has been looking down at the plants and up at the stars since he was a kid exploring the East Don River ravine system. Through years of time spent on the land with a book in hand, he has been compelled to tell stories about how we can and must protect the world that nourishes us through environmental and social justice. His Masters studies focused on public communication, and he believes that Canadians are ready and eager to speak up and get our leaders to take the bold actions necessary to defend our shared home. He now calls the Rideau River watershed home, and enjoys making maple syrup in the spring, berry picking in the summer, digging roots in the fall, and tracking wildlife in the winter.
