About the submission:
In this submission, Environmental Defence expresses extreme concern about Bill C39, the “Bulldoze Nature Bill”. If passed, it will implement the single worst weakening of Canada’s environmental law safety net in Canadian history. We urge the government to withdraw Bill C-39 in full and failing that, we are calling on Members of Parliament to vote against the bill at third reading.
