About The Submission:
This submission outlines some concerns that Saskatchewan’s oil and gas methane regulations and directives may not deliver an equivalent environmental outcome to federal methane regulations. We include in this submission recommendations on how Saskatchewan’s regulations can be improved to ensure that they genuinely achieve equivalency with the federal rules.
