About The Report:
The Regulatory Cooperation Council (RCC) is a relatively new collaborative effort between Canada and the United States to achieve greater regulatory alignment. While increased sharing and collaboration between the two countries could create a greater understanding about how toxic chemicals affect human health, there are concerns that Canadian toxics regulations could be weakened if regulations on both sides of the border are harmonized.
