About The Submission:

In a time of climate and biodiversity crisis among other serious stresses on the Great Lakes
ecosystem, we look to instruments such as the Canada-Ontario Agreement on Great Lakes
Water Quality and Ecosystem Health (COA) to guide our region in creating climate resilient
communities and healthy ecosystems for people and nature to thrive. As stated in an earlier
letter, we the undersigned organizations, expect a renewed COA that sets clear targets,
investments, actions, and timelines.
