Environmental Defence’s joint submission to the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks noting with deep concern that their review of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) appears to focus more on the needs of businesses than the needs of endangered species. The ESA must be enforced, not undermined, to create positive outcomes for species at risk.
