About The Briefing Note:
This briefing note outlines the recommendations to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA), by Environmental Defence, Ecojustice, the David Suzuki Foundation, the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment and Breast Cancer Action Quebec. It is critical that the federal government makes meaningful updates to CEPA and introduces a bill immediately in order to protect Canadians’ health and the environment from toxic chemicals and pollution.
