The Ontario Government is teaming up with Enbridge to force you to help subsidize gas hookups and pay for unnecessary pipeline projects to the tune of $2.25 Billion over the next five years in new developments. New legislation will hand out money to developers and pass on the bill to existing customers – like you.
THE SOLUTION
The Ontario Energy Board, an independent authority that works to keep energy costs down, wants this practice to stop. But the Ontario Government and Enbridge are fighting against this decision that could save you money!
We’re urging the Ontario government to stop its plan to overrule the Ontario Energy Board. Give Ontarians the option not to subsidize Enbridge!
