Inspired by the power of people and armed with a bias for action, Fatima Crerar has been working on programs that inspire social and environmental change for nearly 15 years. She is currently VP Strategy & Partnerships at The Atmospheric Fund (TAF), a municipal agency focused on advancing low-carbon solutions in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Prior to joining TAF, Fatima was ecobee’s first ever Director of Impact & Sustainability, responsible for leading efforts from employee initiatives to customer-facing programs, that delivered social, environmental as well as business value for the emerging technology company. Fatima also worked in impact marketing and communications with PUBLIC Inc., and cut her teeth designing and implementing public engagement programs on air pollution, recycling and climate change at Summerhill Impact.
