Our Staff

Bruce Best is a lawyer with the Toronto firm Rubin Thomlinson. His practice is focussed on workplace investigations and assessments for clients across Canada. He was previously Vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, where he presided over many significant cases respecting allegations of discrimination and harassment. Before his appointment to the Tribunal, he practised social justice and human rights law in Ontario for 20 years. A former Board President, he has been a Director since 1998. He is an avid cyclist and lousy but persistent runner, and lives with his spouse and twin daughters in London, Ontario.
