About The Submission:
Environmental Defence strongly supports reforming zoning in all of Toronto’s residential zones (R, RD, RM, RT) to promote the creation of more and more compact homes, rather than simply larger homes, on lots currently limited to single-detached homes, because it is an environmental imperative.
