What goes in the ocean, goes in you. When you litter and throw plastic bottles in the garbage, it ends up in landfills and oceans where animals end up eating it thinking it’s food and then you end up eating those animals, making this chain where we end up eating the plastic we threw away. A simple and obvious solution is to STOP using plastic. If you are using plastic then at least recycle it. Just put it in the right bin. It won’t just affect the environment, but it will affect you too.
