Hanlan’s Point Beach

Hanlan’s Point Beach is a sandy beach on the western shore of Toronto Island with a great view of the City. Very peaceful and rustic, this beach is bordered by vegetated sand dunes. Learn more about sand dune ecology, by reading the interpretive signage posted at the beach. This is a CLOTHING OPTIONAL beach. Lifeguards are present daily from 11:30 to 18:30, with first aid equipment on site.

Take the Hanlan’s Point ferry from Mainland Ferry Terminal and follow the signs to the beach.
