PORT STANLEY, Ont. – On Saturday, August 25th, join Environmental Defence and Blue Flag Canada at a free beach party celebrating Port Stanley’s beautiful Main Beach. Enjoy a day at the beach with music, yoga, eco-friendly face-painting and more family friendly activities. Or even get involved in a shoreline cleanup!
Port Stanley Main Beach is one of 27 Blue Flag certified beaches in Canada. The Blue Flag is an internationally renowned eco-certification for beaches and marinas, currently used in 45 countries worldwide. The Blue Flag is administered in Canada by Environmental Defence and is managed internationally by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE).
