Sean Cullen - Master of Ceremonies Sean Cullen is a multiple award winning, multi-talented performer. As a triple Gemini and Canadian Comedy Award winner Sean is impossible to categorize with his unique comedy, acting, writing and musical talents. He has made multiple appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and CBS’s The Late Late Show and has a number of his own specials including Comedy Central Presents, Comedy Now and was a finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing. Some of Sean’s acting credits include the series Slings & Arrows, feature films Saint Ralph and Phil The Alien and he starred as Max Bialystock in the Canadian production of Mel Brooks’ runaway musical hit The Producers. Sean also wrote and starred in his own series The Sean Cullen Show on CBC and recently finished a successful run at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. In addition, Seán is an award-winning author for his Hamish X series and The Chronicles of the Misplaced Prince novels, and was a favourite CBC radio personality for his four seasons hosting his own show Simply Sean. Simply put, Sean Cullen is a gifted comedian that simply shouldn’t be missed!

Brad Long - Panelist Chef Long has prepared meals for some of the world’s most discriminating diners, Canada’s corporate elite, political heavyweights, international celebrities and professional athletes. His culinary talent has been recognized by some of Canada’s toughest food critics and his big personality brought to bear as co-host of the Food Network & HGTV smash Restaurant Makeover. Opening Toronto’s Air Canada Centre & BMO Field, Long worked 10 years for Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. The launch of 360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower followed five years at Toronto’s seminal Pronto Ristorante.
Currently, Long is opening Café Belong at Evergreen Brick Works and renovating King East’s Veritas. When he isn't providing culinary leadership, creating menus, tasting sauces, speaking with farmers and foragers or checking the freshness of new produce, he relishes family time with his wife Sheryl (also an experienced chef) and his five young children.

Sandi M. Marques - Panelist Since she's been drinking wine since the age of four, Sandi knows a thing or two about wine. As an accredited Sommelier, Chef and Wine Appraiser, not only can she educate, entertain and cook up a storm, she can valuate the damages after your next party too! She has spent the last eight years building her wine business, Cork & Karma and is currently preparing for a relaunch into the wine world as a Wine Comedian. She's been featured on TV, radio and many print articles. Sandi wants you to know you can 'kiss her glass' anytime!

Geoffrey Johnson - Panelist Geoffrey was born in London, England in 1949 to parents of who were both in the culinary arts, despite their hopes of Geoffrey becoming a Lawyer, Doctor or Accountant he followed his father’s footsteps joining the Brigade of the Dorchester Hotel as an apprentice Chef. Honing his skills in the UK and Europe, Geoffrey and family migrated to Toronto Canada in 1977 considering himself a culinary missionary he joined the Four Seasons Group heading up the kitchens in properties in both Canada and the USA. After a stint as Chef of the Sutton Place Hotel, Geoffrey founded en Ville Event Design and Catering – an off premises catering company which has been serving Toronto for 30 years; a member of many culinary organizations, a lecturer at local colleges, a member of Canadian Confederation of Chefs de Cuisine. Geoffrey is a radical irreverent member of the food revolution which decries processed foods and modern stock rearing methods and supports slow and local foods – Bon Appetite. |
