Our Greenbelt partner, the Schad Foundation, has been instrumental in helping us create the largest and most diverse Greenbelt in the world. Thanks to the Foundation’s support, we permanently protected a vast range of green space and farmland encompassing the Niagara Escarpment, the Oak Ridges Moraine, Rouge Park, hundreds of rural towns and villages and over 7,000 farms. Now, the Schad Foundation is helping us grow the Greenbelt to protect even more land from unsustainable development.
