Resources - Canada's Next Green Journalist

We have several resources to help you along the way to becoming Canada's Next Green Journalist.

Canada's Next Green Journalist is an excellent fit for a number of classroom subjects, including:

  • Geography English and Writer's Craft
  • Science
  • Social Studies
  • Art or Media Studies

A great way to bring Canada's Next Green Journalist into the classroom is by using our Young Reporters Handbooks which can be used for a shorter lesson plan, or for a culminating project. You can also adapt or integrate Young Reporters with existing classroom content, or use it as a platform to discuss and research environmental issues such as climate change, water issues and energy.
