What are you doing next Sunday? I've got a great shucking suggestion: join us at the Ontario Oyster Festival!
If you like beer or oysters or wine or shots or music or competitions or fun times, you'll find it all there: 900 people, 35 shuckers, 9 beer reps, wines from Cave Springs, lobster, chili, fried clams, live music from the Waxbills and Samantha Martin and the Haggard, beats by DJ LTRuck AND we'll be there too! Be sure to come say hello!
For the past 20+ years, Rodney's Oyster House has hosted the Ontario Oyster Festival, and donated the proceeds to Environmental Defence. A partnership of this duration is pretty exceptional. These dedicated folks have raised over $100,000 for our programs.
So come on out and show your support by drinking delicious beer and eating delicious food. It'll be a hardship, but hey, someone's gotta do it. Might as well be you.
When:
Sunday, July 17, 2pm – 10pm
Where:
In the alley beside 469 King Street West, Toronto
Tickets:
$30 (includes 2 drink tickets & a plate of 6 oysters or bowl of chili)
We recommend purchasing in advance to avoid line ups:
