Has all that lying on the beach (or sitting in the car on the way to the beach) got you feeling sore? What better way to stretch out your muscles than with a yoga session on a beautiful Blue Flag beach?

Take a break from your busy schedule at
Spirit Yoga, found just a short walk from Harrison Lake Hot springs. A little “ohm” in your day is the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and waters.
Only steps away from
Woodbine Blue Flag beaches you can stretch out a day of fun in the sand. The Beach neighbourhood in Toronto offer many yoga studios. Check out
Downward Dog Yoga Centres or
Bikram Yoga Beaches for a yoga class. Take your new moves back to the beach and have a sunset yoga session enjoying the calming sights and sounds.
If you live in or around Toronto and want to really celebrate Blue Flag beaches, come join us for our “Blue Flag Beach Bonanza” on July 25th at Ward's Island Beach on Toronto Islands. Starting at 1pm there will be water polo, stand up paddling, and best of all we will cap off the evening with a relaxing beach yoga session from 6-7pm. Come join in for a free yoga session, led by a certified instructor. We can all relax, stretch it out, and join in our love for Blue Flag beaches.
