Among other summer-long events, the Stratford Festival performs internationally-renowned theatre just a quick drive from Grand Bend Beach. Whether you are interested in Shakespeare, or a musical, Stratford has something for all Blue Flag beach goers.
Halifax harbour offers an excellent evening out at Neptune Theatre, which has been providing entertainment since 1915. From July 24-29 you can enjoy Bare, a musical comedy that explores how a simple love between two people can become complicated by the world around them. Why not enjoy time by a Blue Flag marina enjoying the sights and sounds, and then head out to catch a play steps away?
So after you’re done soaking up the sun, take in some live theatre!
