National organizations representing hundreds of thousands to speak out on Parliament Hill in support of nature and democracy

WHEN: June 4th, 2012

11:00 AM: Media Photo Op on Parliament Hill in front of the Peace Tower 11:30 AM: News Conference, Charles Lynch Gallery, Room 130S, House of Commons

WHAT: In support of Black Out Speak Out, a movement supported by hundreds of organizations that are blacking out their websites on June 4th, and thousands of individual Canadians, spokespeople for the founding environmental organizations and allies will speak to media on Parliament Hill. The photo op will occur in front of a striking backdrop of the Parliament Buildings “blacked out”, with supporting signage, near the steps leading up to Centre Block.
