Tomorrow, Saturday April 11, at 1 pm in Quebec City, something big will be happening. Thousands of people will march through the city to urge Canada’s provincial and territorial leaders to Act on Climate.

Why now? Next week, premiers of some of Canada’s largest provinces are meeting in Quebec City and energy and climate action is their one and only agenda item.

That’s why we’re heading to Quebec City along with thousands of Canadians to tell our provincial and federal leaders to act on climate. Canadians are coming from all over the country, and include First Nations, labour groups, environmentalists, students, democracy groups and ordinary citizens like you and me.

We hope you’ll join us at the Act on Climate family-friendly march! But if you can’t make it to Quebec City, you can still make your voice heard! Scroll down this page for a list of solidarity actions happening tomorrow from coast to coast. And you can also help spread the word on Twitter tomorrow by using the hashtag #ActonClimate.

Let’s work together to urge our leaders to take meaningful action. We need climate action now. The future of our children and our grandchildren depends on it.
